2. All Digital Sales Are Final

Once access to a Product has been granted — whether via email delivery or direct download — the purchase cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional guarantee published at the time of purchase.

3. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

By purchasing and accessing the digital content, the Customer expressly consents to the immediate provision of the digital product and acknowledges the resulting loss of the standard right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply in certain jurisdictions (such as the EU or Israel), except in cases of fundamental technical failure as described below.

We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a fix, alternative access, or — where the malfunction cannot be resolved — a refund.

From time to time we may offer a specific, time-limited satisfaction guarantee (for example, a stated number of days to request a refund) as part of a promotional campaign. Where such a guarantee is explicitly published alongside an offer, its terms — including the eligibility window and process — take precedence over the general “all sales are final” policy above, for that offer only.
