1. Introduction

4. Purchasing Products and Payment Methods

• Payments are processed securely via PayMe (credit/debit cards) or PayPal.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Product Provision: Upon successful completion of the purchase and payment confirmation, the Customer will receive access to the digital course or product via a secure link sent to their email or through their personal User Account on the Site.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure that emails from the Site are not filtered into the spam or junk folder.

6. Digital Products: Licensing and Usage Rights

The purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the digital course, including the Viral AI Video Production Masterclass materials, strictly for personal and private educational purposes.

Strict Prohibition: You may not copy, record, distribute, broadcast, display publicly, share login credentials, or use the digital products and AI methodologies for commercial resale without prior written consent from the Company. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may lead to legal action.

7. Cancellations and Refunds (Digital Goods Policy)

Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are final. Once access to the digital product has been granted (via email or account creation), purchases cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional guarantee.

In the event of a severe technical malfunction on our end that entirely prevents the use of the product, the Customer must contact customer support for assistance.

Consumer Protection Clarification: By purchasing and accessing the digital content, the Customer expressly consents to the immediate provision of the digital product and acknowledges the loss of the standard right of withdrawal or cancellation applicable in certain jurisdictions (such as the EU or Israel), except in cases of fundamental technical failures.

8. Limitation of Liability and Technical Support

As-Is Provision: The digital products are provided on an “As-Is” basis. While we strive to provide the highest quality AI video education, we do not guarantee that the products will meet the specific business expectations or yield specific financial results for the Customer.

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages caused to the User or a third party resulting from the use of the Site or the methodologies taught in the digital products, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to video lectures, texts, images, logos, designs, AI prompts, and teaching methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of Tal Tzarfati — AI Video Production, or of third parties who have granted us a license to use them.

It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or use any of the content without prior written permission.
