2. Refund Policy & The 7-Day Guarantee

While standard digital products typically do not offer refunds due to their immediate download nature, we stand firmly behind the Viral AI Video Masterclass. If you complete the training, apply the required prompts and workflows, and are still unable to successfully create an AI video, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. 3. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

By purchasing and accessing the digital content, the Customer expressly consents to the immediate provision of the digital product and acknowledges the resulting loss of the standard right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply in certain jurisdictions (such as the EU or Israel), except in cases of fundamental technical failure as described below.

4. Exceptions — Technical Malfunctions

If a severe technical malfunction on our end entirely prevents the Customer from accessing or using a Product, the Customer must contact our support team within a reasonable time of the purchase. We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a fix, alternative access, or — where the malfunction cannot be resolved — a refund.

5. Promotional Guarantees

From time to time we may offer a specific, time-limited satisfaction guarantee (for example, a stated number of days to request a refund) as part of a promotional campaign. Where such a guarantee is explicitly published alongside an offer, its terms — including the eligibility window and process — take precedence over the general “all sales are final” policy above, for that offer only.
